Moving Analytics is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and mission to empower every individual to live a life free of cardiovascular disease. As part of this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for highly specialized positions including key business development, technical, and operations staff.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates with first-rate talent, and to ensure lasting and successful placements using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals, all while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. As part of our hiring process, we put a lot of effort into the evaluation, including multiple rounds of tests and interviews to try to ensure we bring good people onboard. Recruiters are helpful and responsive, and the company aims to go from first testing to offer letter rapidly to avoid missing out on top tier individuals.

The goal of the program is to help patients reduce their risk of getting a future cardiac event by empowering them to manage their risk factors including exercise, nutrition, smoking, blood pressure, weight, medication and stress.

Scope of Work
  • Find and attract candidates who are not currently looking but who are open to opportunities using a variety of approaches and channels
  • Manage job postings across a variety of platforms, quantify results, and make recommendations for spend optimization
  • Building a pipeline of candidates for future hiring when immediate hiring needs are filled
  • Perform candidate screening and interviews both in-person and remotely, sharing results and detailed information with hiring managers accordingly
  • Maintain a central applicant tracking system of candidates across all candidate sources
  • Collaborating with HR personnel on updates to recruiting, candidate, and interview policies and procedures
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Experience as a recruiter
    • Good business acumen
    • Able to enforce the HR regulations/policies
    • Familiar with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Great problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
